The Biblical Leadership Training fund benefits those already in the ministry, as well as potential leaders, by providing monies for leadership development opportunities. These funds help both Spanish-speaking and Wayuu leaders who have been recommended and sponsored by the National Church. SAM does not give 100% of the need in order for the National Church to invest in the development of these leaders as well. Funds are used for a variety of sponsorships, seminar costs and to subsidize short-term workshops or institute courses, among other things.
