ALL FIELDS—CHURCH LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
Country: All Fields South America
General Information
In Bolivia, the Center for Integral Theological Education trains working-class men and women in the urban center of Santa Cruz to be leaders in the church. In Brazil, the Ammi Training Center serves indigenous people from the over 340 tribal groups of this great country. To the north, in Colombia, CENFOW is a church leadership development center for the Wayuu people who can claim only one pastor for every 45,000 Wayuu. In Peru, the Ashaninka Bible Institute is instrumental in training leaders for the many small churches that are springing up among this people group of 30,000. In Paraguay, SAM helps facilitate training for church leaders eager to engage their congregations in a church-based theological education program called ETBIL.
We have found that our ministry is most effective when done in the context of forming Godly leaders who have a heart for their people and a vision for their communities.
The cost of preparing Godly leaders for the church in places like the Amazon Jungle or the coastal desert of Colombia is almost insignificant compared to North American standards. For just $50 per month, or $600 per year, we can provide bible-based leadership training to a student whose heart is set on transforming the world for Christ.
